I will try your recipe. We used to brew beer on an industrial scale 40 year ago but stopped as i was drinking too much. Used an old fashioned twin tub washing machine,after cleaning it, for mixing and heating, then pumps into the spinner then into quart bottles. Easy.

It was too good, had a house full every night. The local fuzz would drop in for his cut. Those were the days when coppers were human.
