I can relate, re: the weather -- it's obscenely hot and humid here and I'm about going out of my head with it. Roll on autumn, i say. But then want to take it back because I haven't enjoyed summer properly yet.
Coconut milk yoghurt sounds delicious. Unfortunately, the likelihood of my growing coconuts is zero, so on the self sufficiency front, it's a non starter!
I'm still in the welcoming autumn mindset. But then, I'm still manifesting autumn as crisp leaves and frosty mornings. Once the six to eight months of grey deluge commences, I'll get back to you!
